Job summary

National Seating Mobility (NSM) is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Grand Junction, CO for a full-time, on-site role. You will liaise between clients, caregivers, and referral sources, ensuring accurate information and smooth communication with branch leadership, RTS, technicians, and office staff.

You will handle phone inquiries, assist with order processing, data entry, and inventory tasks, supporting a mission to deliver 360-degree mobility solutions and excellent client care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
• Assists in completion of work orders including documentation, equipment entry, and eligibility verification.
• Performs data entry, clerical tasks, assists with physical inventory, and accepts deliveries as needed.
