Rooterman of Indiana is seeking a Client Care Representative/Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for customers seeking plumbing services. You will answer calls, schedule repairs, and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Computer and data entry proficiency (Microsoft Office and iOS).
• Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing, and service driven.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answer incoming phone calls
• Caringly assist callers with their needs
• Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications
• Accurately schedule repair appointments based on service area and scope of work
• Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets
• Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals
