RooterMan of Indiana is seeking an Emergency Job Dispatcher to connect customers with emergency plumbing services. You will handle after-hours and weekend calls, coordinate dispatch, and ensure timely service delivery with a focus on exceptional customer support.

Flexible work from home options are available, and you will use Service Titan to manage schedules and routes while maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service or dispatching is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with computer systems and dispatch software.

• Answer incoming calls and assess customer needs for emergency plumbing services.

About the Role

Join RooterMan of Indiana as an Emergency Job Dispatcher, where you'll play a crucial role in connecting our customers with essential plumbing services. This position is for taking emergency calls from 4:30pm - 11pm Monday through Friday and from 7am - 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.
