Rooterman of Indiana is seeking a Client Care Representative/Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for customers seeking plumbing services. You will answer calls, schedule repairs, and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promptly answer incoming phone calls
• Caringly assist callers with their needs
• Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications
• Accurately schedule repair appointments based on service area and scope of work
• Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets
• Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals
