Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Qualify jobs at intake and input data into HubSpot.
• Prepare and send client introductions and project details.
• Create and update Work Breakdown Structures for projects.
• Generate and manage Sales Orders and ensure accuracy of activity codes.
• Maintain complete notes, documents and updates in NetSuite.
• Conduct weekly client check-ins to verify progress and satisfaction.
• Assist in invoicing and collections tasks as needed.
• Support documentation, liens, and lien waivers for projects.
