Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong client service experience or similar.
• Experience with banking products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening of new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices while following bank policies.
