Job summary

JPMorganChase is looking for an Associate Banker in California to deliver welcoming, high-quality service and help clients achieve their financial goals. You will greet clients, open accounts, and educate them on Chase digital tools while working closely with the branch team.

You will develop trusted client relationships, learn products quickly, and maintain adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, contributing to branch success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and effectively learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them to the service areas, using a tablet to manage lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash devices, while following policies and procedures.
