Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices while following bank policies and procedures.
