Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker in California to deliver warm, personalized service and leverage Chase’s digital tools to meet client needs. You will greet clients, open accounts, and provide guidance on using Chase Mobile App and online banking to complete everyday transactions.

You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and partner with branch teams to help clients reach their financial goals while maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
