Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Teller/Client Service team member for the 1st shift in the United States. Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned, and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, participate in client outreach, promote applicable products, and adhere to internal controls and risk

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Participate in client outreach through outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
