Truist is hiring for a Regular role focused on delivering timely client transactions and excellent service. You will help clients with everyday banking needs, educate on digital tools, and participate in outbound outreach to uncover opportunities for branch staff.

The position emphasizes adherence to policies, ongoing product knowledge, and cross-training to support sales and service activities across retail channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation while handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions and online banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
