Qualifications

• Experience in teller or client service roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to operate PC and branch automation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide client transactions with accuracy and timely service.
• Educate clients on digital banking options including ATMs Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and referrals to branch specialists.
• Understand IRM to deliver Truist expertise to client needs.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist with new account openings and problem resolution as needed.
