Job summary

Truist Wealth is hiring for a Regular position focused on delivering timely client transactions with accuracy and excellent service. You will guide clients through digital self-service tools and uncover financial needs, while supporting the sales process and collaborating with branch teams.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency, and flexibility to travel for temporary staffing as needed. Weekend and extended hours may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with clients and prospects.
• Ability to educate clients on digital self-service banking options.
• Willingness to participate in client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Basic PC and office software proficiency for branch automation.
• Flexibility to travel and support temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and perform transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to improve service.
• Support sales by identifying client needs and referring to branch team or specialist.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk management procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
• Handle proportional workload based on branch demands.
