Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely and accurate transactions while delivering a superior client experience. You will help clients with routine and complex transactions, both in-branch and via digital channels, and support outbound outreach to identify client needs.

The role focuses on IRM knowledge, cross-training for sales, adherence to controls, and occasional travel to accommodate staffing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience through courteous transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service such as ATMs online/mobile.
• Support sales by outbound calls and referrals to branches.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client needs.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge via trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
