Job summary

• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours; occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous service during transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and cross-selling opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to serve client needs.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
