Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs online and mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Advance product knowledge and attend training classes and web learning.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
