Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for staffing as needed.
• Willing to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate client transactions and maintain records.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service tools.
• Support sales with outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) requirements.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies.
• Assist with new account openings and issue resolution.
