Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused associate in Sanford, NC to provide efficient client transactions and guidance on digital banking tools. You will support sales efforts through outbound calls, help identify client needs, and uphold strong service standards.

Role requires strong communication and multitasking, with weekend/extended hours as needed. Ongoing training and adherence to internal controls are expected to ensure compliance and growth within retail banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and resolutions.
