Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Banking Associate to provide timely client transactions, accurate record-keeping, and excellent service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support sales activities, and assist with IRM initiatives to meet clients’ financial needs.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, and 2 years of teller or client service experience. Weekend availability and occasional travel may be required. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and software for branch automation.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate client transactions with thorough documentation.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
