Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time teammate to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records. You will deliver superior service, uncover client needs, and educate on digital banking tools.

The role includes outbound calling, supporting sales, and collaborating with branch staff to meet customer expectations. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in teller/client service roles, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and facilitating transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
