Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely and accurate client transactions while building relationships at our branch. You will educate clients on digital banking options and support sales and service activities, including outbound outreach and IRM-related services.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and willingness to work weekends and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and meetings to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
