Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular full-time teller/retail services associate in Marietta, GA. The role emphasizes delivering a superior client experience, handling transactions, and educating clients on digital banking options, including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.

You will assist with outbound client outreach, identify opportunities, and support the sales process while adhering to risk controls and branch procedures. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training meetings and web-based learning.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay informed of policy updates.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
