Job summary

Truist in Winston-Salem is seeking a Regular full-time teller/client service representative to provide timely transactions and accurate records while delivering exceptional service. You will help clients with digital banking tools and identify opportunities to meet financial needs.

Role involves outbound outreach, IRM participation, and adherence to controls. Training will be provided; weekend/extended hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with possible travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
