TD Bank in Bedford, NH is seeking a front-line Customer Service Representative to act as the hospitality ambassador for the branch. You will process everyday banking transactions accurately and help clients reach their financial goals while upholding TD’s risk and regulatory standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and about 1 year of client-facing experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military counts).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to be concise and clear.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Notary license is a plus.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact for clients, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying client needs.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions while recommending suitable options.
• Handles routine client issues per standard procedures and escalates non-standard cases as needed.
• Maintains compliance with AML laws and TD’s regulatory requirements.
• Supports colleagues and contributes to a positive team environment.
