Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and extended hours availability with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist with new account openings and issue resolution; handle branch workload.
