Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular full-time banking professional to provide timely client service and accurate handling of monetary transactions. You will educate customers on digital self-service options, support outbound sales, and leverage Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to meet client financial needs.

Responsibilities include performing complex and standard transactions, maintaining records, and collaborating with branch teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with smiles, conducting complex and standard transactions and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge by attending training classes and web-based learning.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
