Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular or Temporary position in the United States as a teller/relationship associate. You will provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior service while identifying financial needs.

You will support sales and service activities, participate in outbound calls, promote digital banking, and collaborate with branch staff to ensure a seamless client experience. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software used for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs; weekend/extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and perform complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
