Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Teller/Client Services representative in the United States. You will provide timely, accurate client transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and deliver a distinctive service experience while identifying financial needs.

You will participate in outbound outreach, support Integrated Relationship Management activities, and collaborate with branch teams to offer appropriate products and services, adhering to internal controls and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous service and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
