Responsibilities

• Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and client acquisition.
• Deliver right client introductions to the right team members to achieve growth targets.
• Provide positive client experience by resolving questions, problems, or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Engage clients and educate them on products and services.
• Meet behavioral activity goals defined by Retail Leadership (NextGen, marketing campaigns).
• Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly; minimize losses.
