Job summary

Flagstar Bank in Solon, OH seeks a Branch Banking Client Consultant II to deliver best-in-class service, resolve concerns, and present banking and lending options that meet clients' financial goals. You will expand client relationships and coordinate with Mortgage and Business Banking partners to ensure access to experts who help clients achieve financial goals.

You will handle deposits, loans, and basic investments, participate in more complex conversations with clients, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

Education level required: High School / GED or foreign equivalent.
Minimum 4–5 years customer service and sales experience.
Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
Preferred: experience in financial services industry.
Preferred: experience with using and demonstrating digital self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

Sales Performance: support growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income and generate client referrals to the right team members.
Client Experience: provide positive client experiences by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly; meet activity goals.
Risk Management: execute transactions accurately, compliantly, and maintain regulatory standards.
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: handle moderately complex projects and adhere to compliance trainings.
