Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
• Minimum experience: 4–5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services
• Requires NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and procedures
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses required within 90 days in role
• FINRA SIE required within 90 days of license
• FINRA Series 6 required within 90 days of SIE
• FINRA Series 63 or 66 required within 90 days of Series 6

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team to achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income; arrange appropriate referrals.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by resolving questions and complaints; meet engagement and education goals.
• Risk Management: Execute transactions accurately and compliantly; aim for no controllable losses.
