Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with PC and branch automation software.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate handling of all monies.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines and training classes.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
