Truist Wealth is seeking a Universal Banker to provide a distinctive client experience, handle transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and support sales processes. The role emphasizes relationship-building and compliance with risk and operational policies.

The candidate will join 1st shift operations, be prepared for occasional travel, and participate in ongoing training to deepen knowledge of products and services offered by Truist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Experience with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours with some travel/overnights.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales process through outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand integrated relationship management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
