Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a dedicated Universal Banker in the United States for the 1st shift. You will handle client transactions, promote digital self‑service tools, and extend service across sales and CRM activities to meet client needs.

You will contribute to a consistent client experience, collaborate with branch teams, and participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactional accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital and self‑service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
