Truist Wealth seeks a dedicated Universal Banker to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience in a branch setting. You will educate clients on digital solutions and support a proactive sales outreach to uncover opportunities while collaborating with branch teams and specialists.

You will participate in leadership routines, continuously build product knowledge through training, and ensure compliance with controls and policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekend/extended hours.

Aufgaben

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level and assist complex transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Participate in client outreach and identify needs or opportunities through outbound calls.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training classes and web-based learning to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling branch demands.
