Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Universal Banker to provide timely, accurate client transactions and exceptional service. You will educate clients on digital banking tools and support outbound outreach while helping meet their financial needs.

The role emphasizes adherence to controls, continuous learning, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, with travel as needed. This is a regular, full-time position in a retail banking setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions to improve service.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver tailored Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and maintain product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies; stay compliant with guidelines.
• Assist with new account openings and issue resolution for clients and prospects.
