Truist Wealth is seeking a Universal Banker in the United States. The role supports client transactions, promotes digital banking tools, and contributes to outbound client outreach within the branch network.

The position emphasizes delivering exceptional service, understanding client needs, and collaborating with team members to offer Truist solutions. Regular hours apply, with some weekend work and travel as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software used for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate staffing needs and weekends/extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide distinctive client experiences with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking options.
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify needs or opportunities.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue ongoing product and knowledge training to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
