Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Able to work weekends or extended hours with travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience during transactions and guiding needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outreach calls and identifying client opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
