Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KSJC.

The CAM will supervise personnel, manage flight schedules, and ensure safety and service excellence within Solairus’ culture of quality and integrity. Required qualifications include 3,000 total hours with 1,500 PIC, 1,500 MEL, 500 MEL PIC, 500 turbojet, and 250 instrument time; NBAA CAM certification preferred; college degree recommended.

Qualifications

• Total time 3000 hours.
• PIC 1500 hours.
• MEL 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet 500 hours.
• Instrument Time 250 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with policies and procedures (Solairus, FAA and other manuals).
• Coordinates training for crew and maintenance personnel with training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients to promote reliable scheduling of aircraft.
• Promotes customer goodwill through high quality service and professional demeanor.
