Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department near KOPF. The CAM will supervise personnel, ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA, and client requirements, and maintain training records and manuals.

You will coordinate training, scheduling, and communications with clients, approve PTO, participate in interviews, and help manage budgets while upholding Solairus' culture of service, safety, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Management background with a proven leadership track record.
• Experience delivering training for flight operations personnel.
• Budget development and management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication to coordinate activities and promote goodwill.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA, and client policies.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients to promote reliable, efficient aircraft scheduling.
• Approves PTO and communicates schedule changes to the flight coordinator.
• Participates in interviews for assignment to the operation.
• Maintains training currency and flight time records per Solairus policies.
• Submits required reports and keeps manuals/revisions up to date.
• Promotes customer goodwill and Solairus' image, upholding safety culture.
