Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KSJC airport on the West Coast. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and the ability to coordinate training and scheduling across crews and maintenance teams.

The candidate should bring a significant flight operations background, with examples of managing personnel, budgets, and operational processes, all while upholding Solairus’ culture of service, safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory skills evident in past roles.
• Experience in flight operations and crew management preferred.
• NBAA CAM certification or leadership training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA, and manuals.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance personnel training.
• Develops scheduling procedures and approves PTO for personnel.
• Maintains training currency and flight time records for crewmembers.
• Promotes customer goodwill and participates in SMS initiatives.
