Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KDJT airport in Palm Beach, FL. The CAM will supervise crew and maintenance staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate client relations while maintaining Solairus’ standards of service and safety.

The role requires extensive flight experience including 3000+ total hours, PIC 1500 hours, MEL 1500 hours, and instrument time, with preferred Turbojet time and MEL PIC hours.

Qualifications

• Total flight time must be 3000 hours or more.
• PIC experience of 1500 hours is required.
• MEL experience of 1500 hours is required.
• MEL PIC experience of 500 hours is preferred.
• Turbojet time of 500 hours is required.
• Instrument time of 250 hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and applicable regulations.
• Coordinates training and scheduling for crew and maintenance personnel.
• Develops scheduling procedures to ensure reliable aircraft operation.
• Reviews and approves PTO and flight schedules for personnel.
• Promotes high quality service and professional demeanor with clients.
