Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at the KMMU airport. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a focus on safety, service, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Total time = 3000 hours.
• PIC = 1500 hours.
• MEL = 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC = 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours.
• Instrument Time = 250 hours.
• NBAA CAM certification or other applicable leadership training is preferred.
• Experience in multiple facets of training for flight operations personnel.
• Budget development and management experience.
• First class medical required.
• Must be able to work on an on-call basis.
• Must be able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
• Must be located or willing to relocate within 2 hours of KMMU.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitors personal appearance, dress code, and conduct to high standards.
• Schedules and reviews training with the appropriate training contractor.
• Coordinates maintenance tests, training, and flights not in the client system.
• Develops scheduling procedures to promote reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Approves PTO and communicates schedule changes to flight coordinators.
• Leads meetings to coordinate activities and address questions.
• Submits required reports and revises manuals and publications as needed.
• Maintains training currency and flight time records for crewmembers.
