Job summary

Solairus Aviation in Bedford, MA is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KBED. The CAM will oversee scheduling, crew and maintenance coordination, and ensure compliance with FAA and Solairus manuals.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive safety and service excellence. Ideal candidate will have 3000 hours total time with PIC, MEL and turbojet time, plus a willingness to work on-call and relocate within 2 hours of KBED.

Qualifications

• Total time = 3000 hours.
• PIC = 1500 hours.
• MEL = 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC = 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours.
• Instrument Time = 250 hours.
• First class medical required.
• NBAA CAM certification or leadership training preferred.
• Experience in training flight operations personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure policy compliance with Solairus, FAA and manuals.
• Coordinates and reviews crew and maintenance training with the training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures to promote reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Coordinates maintenance flights not in client scheduling system.
• Promotes customer goodwill through high quality service and professionalism.
