Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KSJC airport on the West Coast. This role requires strong leadership, adherence to FAA regulations, and a commitment to Solairus' culture of safety and service.

The CAM will supervise personnel, coordinate training, manage schedules, review aircraft and crew changes, and ensure timely reporting. A track record in flight operations and budget skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Total flight time and PIC/MEL experience required.
• Instrument time and MEL PIC hours specified.
• Aircraft type familiarity with G550 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel to ensure policy and regulation compliance.
• Maintains training files and coordinates crew training.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures for reliable aircraft operations.
• Approves PTO and communicates schedule changes.
• Revises manuals and flight publications; ensures SMS participation.
