Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KSJC. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and proactive client coordination to ensure safe, efficient flight operations.

The CAM will supervise personnel, coordinate training and scheduling, and participate in SMS initiatives while upholding Solairus’ culture of service, safety, and integrity.

Qualificações

• Management background with a demonstrated track record of leadership in flight operations.
• NBAA CAM certification or other leadership training preferred.
• Budget development and management experience.
• College degree and/or advanced (non-flight) training.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and other regulations.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance personnel training with the appropriate training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients for reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Promotes customer goodwill and professional demeanor to protect SOLAIRUS Aviation’s reputation.
• Participates in Safety Management System (SMS) implementation and related initiatives.
