Willis Towers Watson in Hartford, CT is seeking a Client Advocate to oversee national Specialty Accounts with a strong focus on client relationships and expanding services. The role requires 8+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience and a valid P&C license.

You will engage insurers, respond to RFPs, and help close complex deals. Work with the Head of Client Advocacy on training, KPIs, and performance metrics; achieve quality, turnaround, and regulatory compliance while advancing

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to apply coverage forms in program design and identify gaps.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and present analytical models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
• Project management skills with end-to-end oversight of large projects.
• Must maintain P&C license and complete CE activities as needed.
