The role involves independently managing diverse claims portfolios, developing strategies, interpreting policies, and partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver favorable outcomes while mentoring junior staff and expanding technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of commercial insurance claims experience or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; professional designations encouraged.
• Strong communication skills and client-service mindset.
• Ability to interpret policy language and provide practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage commercial insurance claims from assignment through resolution.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients during significant claim events to minimize impact.
• Draft coverage analyses and claims notices; coordinate with carriers, adjusters, counsel, and stakeholders.
• Lead claim review meetings and mentor junior staff; support onboarding and risk management objectives.
