The ideal candidate has a GED or high school diploma, can pass a drug screen and background check, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and document management tools like SharePoint or DocuSign.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE A LEVEL 1 FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD.
• GED or high school diploma is required.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Experience in client management, office administration, or records management is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with document management systems such as SharePoint or DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and update company documents, files, and records in physical and digital systems.
• Handle 20-30 client shelter cases.
• Keep client information confidential at all times.
• Retrieve, distribute, and archive documents as needed.
• Communicate document updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, logs, and summaries related to document control.
• Assist with other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
