Job summary

The Salvation Army Pensacola Corps is seeking a full-time Case Manager to support clients in a short-term life management program. You will monitor caseloads, conduct intake assessments, and guide clients toward housing and community resources.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate case notes, coordinating life skills classes, and collaborating with agencies to meet client needs. A Level 2 background check is required, with daytime hours Monday–Friday in Pensacola.

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework in Social Work or related field.
• Two years’ experience in a social/public service environment with client assistance.
• Equivalency of education/experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Monitors caseload and evaluates client progress through routine meetings.
• Interviews applicants to determine eligibility for program enrollment.
• Develops intake and case plans and completes necessary paperwork.
• Maintains and enters client data in HMIS system.
• Meets with clients to discuss progress and maintain records.
• Plans life management classes and coordinates speakers.
